Delivery & Returns
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland. Any purchases from more remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands will incur a charge which will be calculated on checkout. We deliver to your home using a door to door service. The drivers will place the product in the nearest and safest place to your front door.

RETURNS
Each VONDOM product is bespoke and hand made to order. Unfortunately, this means that you are unable to return the product or request a refund. However, if there is damage to the product or something is not as described, then please contact our customer services team to discuss. It would be helpful to our team if you can take photographs of any damage/issues, this will assist us in making a decision on how to move forward.
